Sleeping Habit

Assalamualaikum , annyeong! :D

Hahh, today terasa nak menaip entry ini thanks to my little brother sleeping habit.


I'm sure that every single one of you have your own sleeping habit. Bila kita dah tidur tu memang takkan sedar la gaya kita tidur tu kelihatan normal ke tidak. Bila orang sebelah kata kita tidur dengkur pun mati-mati kata tak.

Alkisahnya, tadi bila syok-syok online terkezzut kejap tengok Amsyar (ma brother) tetiba duduk. Ingatkan dia nak minum ke nak g tandas ke kan. Bukankah itu normal?? Tapi bila dia stay in that position for a while memang pelik gila la kan. Bila dok perhati je dia baru perasan yang dia still tidur lagi sebenarnya. Ehh punya la confuse i bila pandang dia. Biasa dengar orang sleep walking.. ini budak sleep sitting pulak?? hahahaha. Tak pasal-pasal kena tarik dia baring balik, tidur elok-elok. Macam-macam gaya.

I don't know my own sleeping habit. Yelah kan kalau dah tidur mana nak sedar apa-apa. Kita tau pun berdasarkan feedback orang yang tidur dengan kita. Since my siblings memang sejenis gedik suka menyempit atas satu tilam and tak berapa suka tidur sendiri, we all know cara tidur masing-masing. Dah hafal dah.. sorang lasak gila, sorang ni, sorang tu.

Orang kat rumah tu kata i bercakap time tidur. Hahhhh. Tapi selalunya perangai ni happen bila dalam keadaan terlebih. Terlebih penat or terlebih gembira or terlebih sedih. Kalau hari normal rasanya takde sampai bercakap mumble sorang-sorang ni.



According to internet (google) ni hah the most common sleeping position. Haaaa jangan memain sleeping position pun boleh determine your personality tau. Pergi banding sama tak yang dia tulis tu dengan actual personality korang.


The best position is side-sleeping which is my sleeping position tu pun sebab i memang tido kena peluk bantal. Sebaiknya kalau tidur mengiring belah kanan and letak tapak tangan bawah pipi sebab tu salah satu tidur cara Rasulullah SAW.



Papepun, before off to alam mimpi amalkan la doa tidur, 3Qul and ayat kursi. Insyaallah tak jadi benda pelik-pelik. Sleeping habit tak elok pun mungkin boleh dikurangkan #notetous

Oh hi. How are you??


Me is surviving just fine here. Midterm break dah habis. Dah kenapa cepat sangat masa berlalu tak tunggu anyone pun. Kelip mata dah 24jam. Kusyuk buat assignment sambil menyambil layan drama and youtube tup-tup dah pagi. Tang tu boleh pulak multitasking. Sungguh tak paham ngan diri sendiri.

Nowadays, i try to organize my things leklok sikit supaya hidup rasa lebih mudah. Bila semua benda dah teratur, yang kusut pun boleh nampak cam senang sikit kan. Semangat yang hilang pun boleh datang balik, errr i guess.


Semester ni tinggal sebulan je lagi. I seriously need to get my mind straight kalau nak reach my target. Ya Tuhan, help.
